We stir the flour with the salt and the yeast. We add the water and then the oil. We knead for 4-5 minutes until the dough does not stick to the hands. We divide the dough in the middle and we make two balls that we spread with olive oil to avoid drying out. We cover them and we leave them in a warm place to rest for about 2 hours until they are doubled in volume. Then we prepare the tomato sauce and we let it simmer for about 10 minutes. On a floured surface we open the pizza and we smear it with oil. Then we add the tomato sauce, the mushrooms, the olives, the peppers and the onion. We bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
