In a large bowl, we put the flour, fennel, mint and we mix. In a bowl, we put the eggs, milk, wine and yeast and we mix with an egg-bitter until the ingredients are homogenized. We add the mixture to the large bowl in which we have the flour with our herbs and we knead for a while. We add the lukewarm water, salt and slice crushed and we knead until we have a soft dough (if necessary we add a little flour). We let our dough rest for a while and we create 10-15 mm thick pies. We leave for about an hour in a warm place until it expands. We bake at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes in a preheated oven.
