Directions

We preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. We beat the egg yolks with 1/3 of the sugar. We beat the egg whites to become a meringue and we add the remaining sugar and baking powder in the end. Gently we mix yolks with ethe gg whites. We sift the flour and we mix gently. We put a baking sheet on the baking pan. We transfer the mixture to a cornet and we make 8cm sticks. WE bake for 12-15 minutes. We let them cool down and we sprinkle with caster sugar.
