*if you choose fresh and not smoked sausages you have to cook them first.
We mix all the solid ingredients, we add a little bit of ted butter, olive oil, and eggs. We add as much milk until we have a thick porridge. We put the mixture in the fridge for half an hour. We cut the sticks into two pieces and we place the sausages so as to fry them. We warm up the olive oil and we fry.

CALCULATE PORTIONS:
- 150 γρ. MILLS OF CRETE Frying flour
- 350 gr MILLS OF CRETE Corn flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 340 ml Vero Cretan Goat milk
- 40 gr butter
- 40 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil ABEA
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 0.5 tsp oregano
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 7 smoked graviera sausages (or wahtever you prefer)
- Refine oil ABEA for frying
- 4 wet thick sticks
