Directions
We stir in a bowl the cheeses with the ham and we add salt and pepper. We melt the margarine and we pour the cheeses with the ham. In a bowl, we whip the eggs well with the milk and then we add the mixture to the cheeses, while stirring with a spatula. We add the self rising flour and the baking powder and we mix lightly. We add olive oil to a form and we sprinkle with breadcrumbs. We bake at 150 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
