FOR THE DOUGH

Dissolve yeast with water and honey in a mixer bowl. Then put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix with a hook for about 5 minutes at medium speed. Make a dough ball and put the dough in a bowl and let it rest for 1 hour. Cut into 120 gr balls. and let them rest for 20 minutes. With a rolling pin, open the balls and leave on a baking sheet with parchment paper for another 20 minutes. Finally, put the ZAATAR on top of the pies and bake in a preheated oven at 220 C for about 10 minutes.

FOR THE ZAATAR

Mix all the ingredients.
