We preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius. We melt the baking chocolate with the butter in a bain marie. We transfer the mixture to a large bowl and we add the sugar and the eggs while sifting the flour and gently stirring with a spatula. We leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then we put it in the forms. We bake the brownies for 25 – 35 minutes at 160 degrees.
