FOR THE BREAD
In the mixer bin we place all the ingredients and we mix with the feather gently until the mixture is homogenized. We cover the dough and we let it rest for 1 hour. Then we knead it again and we create the shape we want, either in a loaf or in buns. We bake the buns for 10-15 minutes at 170 ° C. We bake the bread for 30 minutes at 170 ° C.

FOR THE MOUSSE
We mix all the ingredients together.
