Directions

We sift the self rising flour with salt. We add the butter and the olive oil and we rub well with our hands. We add the yolk and the yoghurt and we knead. We knead the dough in the shape of a ball, we cover it and we put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. We roll out a dough of 2 mm thick and we cut round dough pieces of 10 cm in diameter. We mix the filling materials well and we put one tablespoon on each piece. We fold in two and we press the edges with our fingers. We put them on the baking dish, we smear them with yolk
and we bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35-40 minutes.
