Directions

In the mixer , we pour the ingredients for the tart and we whip them up until they become a dough. We roll the tart dough in a tart form and we open small holes with a fork at the bottom. We bake at 180 ° C for 15 minutes. In a pan, we put the apples in thin slices, we add half of the sugar, cinnamon, cognac and petimezi and we stir well. In a pan, we pour the anthotiro and the yoghurt together with the eggs and we mix them well until the homogenized. Once the tart has been baked, we put the filling on the inside and we place the apples on the top, while spreading the liquids and we sprinkle with the rest of the sugar. We bake at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
