Directions

We knead until our dough becomes soft and elastic. We let the dough rest for 30 minutes. We roll out small dough pieces about 12 cm in the shape of a boat. We fill them with the filling materials and we close the edges from the peinirli. We let them stand for 15 minutes. We bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
