Directions

In a saucepan, we cook the garlic and we pour it with the mashed tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar and thyme. We boil for 5 minutes and we let the sauce cool down. We sauté the mushrooms and the egg in a little olive oil. We knead the dough ingredients until it becomes soft and supple. We let the dough rest for 30 minutes and then we knead it a bit until the air leaves.
With the rolling pin we roll out two doughs round and thin. We add the sauce, the grated cheese, the apaki, and the mushrooms. We bake in a well preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 gr thyme
  • 4 ripe mashed tomatoes without their skin
  • 5 gr sugar

  • 400 gr grated tiromalama
  • 200 gr pleurotus mushrooms
  • 200 gr apaki
