Directions

In a pan, we put the flour, we sprinkle with salt and we make a puddle. We dissolve the yeast with the milk and we put it in the puddle and we cover with flour. We leave for 15 minutes. Then we mix all the ingredients together. We let the dough rest for 30 minutes. We divide the dough into 20 equal parts and we make wicks. We give the pretzel the shape we want. We boil water with soda and we dive each pretzel for 30 seconds. We put them in the pan, we cut on one side,
we sprinkle with thick salt and we bake in a preheated oven (190 degrees Celsius) for about 20-25 minutes.
