Directions

We fry the onion and leeks in 50gr of butter. Then we put them in the mixer together with the other ingredients. We put butter and flour in the cake pan, we put the mixture and we bake in a preheated oven in  170˚C for about 50 minutes.

  • 2 chopped leeks
  • 1 onion
  • 250 gr melted butter
  • 400 gr MILLS OF CRETE Soft flour
  • 50 gr brown sugar
  • 100 gr sour cream
  • 300 gr feta cheese cut into cubes
  • 100 gr chopped apaki
  • 50 gr graviera cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
