We mix the salt with the sugar and the yoghurt. We pour the flour slowly and half of the seeds. We wet our hands with the oil and we knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. We create a bread and we put it in an oiled baking dish, we sprinkle it with the remaining seeds and we cover it until it expands. We bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes.
