In a saucepan, we put the milk, sugar, eggs and we mix until the sugar melts. Then we put the semolina and we stir continuously until it thickens. When it’s ready, we pour the butter and the essential oil and we let it cool down. We add butter in a crust sheet, we fold it, we cut it in the middle and we put a spoon full of cream on the edge. We fold the edges, but we add butter and we roll up. We preheat the oven to 175 ° C and we bake for 20 minutes. We boil the syrup ingredients and we pour it on the hot stalks, after it has cooled down.
