Directions
We mix all the solid ingredients in a large bowl and gradually we add all the liquid ingredients, while stirring continuously until the mixture is homogenized. We add olive oil in a cake form and we sprinkle with flour and black sugar. We put the mixture in the form and we bake in a preheated oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. If we want we decorate with glaze, which we make
by beating some caster sugar with the juice of half orange.
