Directions

In a bowl, we mix all the ingredients together until a homogenized slurry is created. We let the dough rest for half an hour. We take one tablespoon at a time from the slurry and we fry in hot oil. We turn it from both sides and as soon as the pies are browned, we take them out and we leave them on absorbent paper to drain well. We serve them warm.

  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • 4 fresh onions

  • 5 gr baking powder
