Directions
We mix the yeast with lukewarm water and we add the flour, the sugar and the salt. We knead the mixture well until it is homogenized. We cover the dough and we leave it in a warm place until it doubles in volume for about 1 hour. Then we preheat the oil to the pan at 180 degrees Celsius and we take with a wet spoon equal amount of dough and we fry until they get a golden color. We serve the hot donuts with honey and sesame seeds.

- honey and sesame for the spreading
