Spinach bread sticks
We put in a blender the spinach, the carrot and the wine. We mash them and we mix them with the rest of the ingredients. When the dough becomes elastic it is ready. We make the bread sticks and we bake at 170 ° C for 20 minutes.
FOR THE DIP
We stir the Strained Yogurt Light Vero Cretan with lemon juice and freshly ground pepper.
