Breadsticks with onion and olives
We knead the flour with the water and the olive oil until we get a tight dough. At the end of the kneading, we add the remaining ingredients. We let the dough rest covered for 30 minutes. We cut and we make sticks. We leave them in a warm place until they expand a bit. We bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
