Directions
We melt the yeast in lukewarm water, we add it in a bowl with the other ingredients and we knead until we have an elastic dough. We cover the dough with a towel and we let it rise for about 30 minutes. We melt the honey in lukewarm water and we put it in a bowl. In another bowl we put the sesame. We knead cookies of 100gr and we dip them in the water, then in the sesame and in the end in baking pan. We cover them with a towel and we let them rise for about 30 minutes.
We bake in a preheated oven in 190˚C for about 15 minutes.

- 500 gr MILLS OF CRETE Hard flour
- 10 gr salt
- 25 gr fresh yeast
- 35 gr sugar
- 300 gr lukewarm water
- 25 gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil PGI ABEA
