In a saucepan, we cook the garlic and we pour the crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil. We let them boil for 5 minutes and we let the sauce cool. We knead the dough ingredients until it becomes soft and supple. We let the dough rest for 30 minutes and then we knead it a bit until the air leaves. With the rolling pin we open two round and thin doughs . We add the sauce, grated cheese, bacon, cherry tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms to the half of the dough.
We cover each dough so that it becomes a half-moon and with a fork we press the edges well. We bake in a well preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.

- 200 gr Country Bread Mix MILLS OF CRETE
- 290 gr lukewarm water
- 35 gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tsounato ABEA

- 15 gr Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tsounato ABEA
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 ripe, mashed tomatoes without their skin
- 5 gr sugar

- 0.5 gr chopped mushrooms
- 0.5 gr cherry tomatoes cut in the middle
- 1 green pepper
- 5 chopped bacon
