For the phyllo, we mix all the ingredients together until a dough is smooth and elastic, which we cover and let it rest for about an hour. We stir the two cheeses. We roll out a thin phyllo and we cut round pieces. We put one teaspoon of the filling in each piece and we close in a half moon. We press the half-moon with a fork. We fry in hot oil until they get a light color. We serve with sugar or honey.
