Directions
We prepare the dough without too much kneading so as the olive oil does not come out. We mix in a bowl all the ingredients for the filling. We open a thin dough with one wax paper on the top and one on the bottom. With a cookie cutter or a small plate, we cut the dough into round shapes. We fill them and close well. Then, we spread them with egg and we bake at 180˚C in a preheated oven.

- 350 gr MILLS OF CRETE Self rising flour
- 150 gr MILLS OF CRETE All puprose flour fortified
- 200 gr Vero Cretan goat cheese
- 5 spoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil ABEA
- 300 ml Refined Olive oil ABEA
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch sugar
FOR THE FILLING
- 400 gr citrus jam
- Fresh rosemary leaves
- 100 gr chopped walnuts
- 70 gr dark chocolate(drops)
- 1 egg your for smearing
