Directions
We prepare the dough and we let it rest. We cut the peppers and we saute them with the olive oil, the garlic and the small tomatoes, we add salt and pepper and we let them cool. We open the dough and we put the whole sausages. We add the cheeses and the peppers around the sausages to cover them in the half. Then we add the oregano and we bake at 180˚C, in a preheated oven for about an hour.

- 250 ml lukewarm water
