Directions
Combine the milk, yogurt, olive oil, yeast, and sugar and mix to activate the yeast. Add half of the flour and mix, then add the salt and the remaining flour. Knead well until you have a soft dough and let it rest.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out with a rolling pin. In each piece, add a spoonful of the filling, close it back into a ball, and gently roll it out again so the dough doesn’t tear.
Fry over low heat in a pan until golden brown.
For the filling, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

- 150 gr yoghurt
- 800 gr MILLS OF CRETE Soft flour
- 25 gr yeast
- 5 gr sugar
- 5 gr salt
- 10 ml olive oil

- 100 gr feta cheese
- 100 gr anthotiro
- 25 gr honey
- 2 egg yolks
