Directions
We put all the ingredients in a bowl except the oat drink and we mix well. In the end, we add the oat drink, stirring constantly so that it homogenizes. Then we put a frying pan on medium to high heat and with a kitchen towel, we smear it with olive oil. Then, we take 2 full spoons of the dough and pour them into the center of the frying pan. With the back of a spoon, we smear the mixture and give the desired shape. We bake the pancake on one side and when small bubbles appear on the top, turn it on the other side with a spatula.
