We mix the eggs with the sugar. Then, pour all the ingredients gradually and last the flour. Fill the molds of the muffins just over the middle and bake at 180˚C for 15 minutes.

100 gr Vero Cretan goat yoghurt
30 ml Vero Cretan goat milk
6 gr salt
