Directions

For the dough, combine the milk, yeast, and honey to activate the yeast. Add the eggs, half of the flour, and the salt, then continue by adding the remaining flour. Knead well until you have a soft dough.

For the filling, mix all the ingredients together to create a flavored butter.

For the frosting, mix all the ingredients together and place the mixture into a piping bag.

Roll out the dough to approximately 30 × 40 cm, spread the cinnamon butter mixture over it, and roll it up into a log. Cut into pieces, place them close together in a baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 20 minutes. Once they cool, add the frosting on top.
