FOR THE DOUGH

We mix all ingredients in a large bowl or mixer until it becomes a soft, uniform dough. We let it expand for about 2 hours until it doubles in volume. We open with a rolling pin with thickness of 1 cm and we smear the filling. We make rolls, we cut into portions and we let it expand for another hour. We bake for 15-20 minutes at 170 ° C.

FOR THE GLAZE

We melt the chocolate with the butter, we mix with the rest of the ingredients and we overlay while our rolls are still warm.
