Directions

We whip the sugar up with the juice and the olive oil. Once they melt, we put the remaining ingredients and gradually we add the flour. We take 2/3 of the dough, we spread it on a plate and we pour the jam. We cut the remaining dough into strips and we place them vertically and horizontally over the jam. We bake at 180 ° C until they  browned.
