Directions

We knead all the ingredients together until a dough is uniform and elastic. We let the dough rest for 30 minutes. We cut into 100 gr. and we make wicks. We dive them into water and sesame seeds, we form our buns and we place on a baking dish with non-stick paper. We bake at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
