Directions

We stir all the ingredients together until it becomes an elastic dough and we leave it for about 30 minutes to rest. Next, we shape cookies and we put them in a buttered pan. We spread them with egg and we bake them in a medium oven for 15-20 minutes.

  • 250 gr butter
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 15 gr ammonia
  • 5 gr soda
  • 6 eggs
  • 75 gr lemon juice
  • 75 gr mastic ouzo
  • 1 vanilla
  • 1 whipped egg for the spreading
