Directions

We beat the butter with the sugar very well. We add the egg yolk and then the juice, the zest and the cognac. In another bowl, we mix all the solids with half of the flour and we start adding this mixture to the other. We leave the dough for 15 minutes to rest and we cook the cookies in the shapes we want. We spread them with egg and we bake at 180 degrees Celsius until they brown.

  • 1 orange zest
  • 50 gr cognac
