Directions

We mix all the ingredients together and we put them in a pan. We bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 50-60 minutes. For the syrup we melt a portion of sugar with two parts of water and a lemon and we spread the cold walnut pie with the syrup. We make the cream by stirring the milk in the fire with the corn flower, while separately we beat the caster sugar with the butter. Once the cream has been tight and cooled, we mix the two mixtures together and we add them over the walnut pie. We cut it into diamonds shapes and we put half a nut in the middle of each piece.
