Bread with chestnut
In a bowl, we mix the mixture with the sugar while adding water and the extra virgin olive oil until the ingredients are homogenized. Then we add the boiled chestnuts while stirring constantly and we add more of the mixture if necessary. We knead the dough in the shape we want and let it rest in a warm place, covered for about an hour. We spread water and we bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
