Easter bread with raisins and spices

prepare and then we put the milk and the butter. We knead until we have a soft dough. We cover the dough and we leave it in a warm place until it doubles in volume. We shape the tsourekia however we want and we place them in a non-stick baking sheet. We leave them in a warm place to expand. We smear gently with milk (optionally we sprinkle with almond or sesame). We bake at 180 ° C for 30-40 minutes.
