We beat the ingredients for the dough in the mixer until they are homogenized. We let the mixture rest for 20 minutes. We put a little bit of oil in the pan and we pour the mixture with a spoon to form a pancake of 6-8 cm diameter. We fry from both sides until the pancake browns. We serve with petimezi or honey.
