Directions
We stir all the ingredients for the dough until it becomes a soft dough and we let it rest. We cut the leeks into 1cm strips and we put them in boiling water to boil. We chop the onion with the garlic and we cook in the oil and at the end we put the leeks after we have drained them well. We let them cool. We whip the eggs and we add the milk and the mizithra. We stir the two mixes together. We add salt and pepper and a little bit of grated nutmeg. We place the dough in a well oiled baking dish and then we add the mixture. We bake at 200 degrees for about 30-4 minutes.
