We put the hazelnuts on a baking dish and we bake them in a preheated oven at 160 C degrees for about 7 minutes. At the same time we put the sugar in a non-stick pan and we heat it to a low heat until it melts and becomes a caramel. We put the hazelnuts warm in the caramel and we mix well. We spread the hazelnuts on a sticker and we let them to cool. Once they have cooled, they will stick together, we cut them into small pieces with our hands and we put them in a blender or mullet, we hit until they become cream. We melt the chocolate in bin-marie and we mix it with the oat drink. We pour the melted chocolate into the blender with the remaining mixture and we beat well until they homogenized.
