Directions
We prepare the pizza dough by kneading all the ingredients together and leting it rest for 30 minutes. We divide the dough into two and we roll out a thin dough. We cut the onions in strips and we cook them (until they get a golden brown color) with olive oil and bacon. In a bowl, we mix the eggs with the cream, salt, pepper and herbs and we add them to
the mixture with the onions. We divide the mixture into two parts and we spread it the two doughs. We bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes.

- 35 gr corn oil
