Directions
We knead the dough ingredients until it becomes soft and supple. We let the dough rest for 30 minutes and then we knead it a bit until the air leaves. With the rolling pin we roll out two doughs round and thin. We remove the peel of the tomato and we cut it in the middle and we spread it over the pizza. We put the cheese and anchovies, we sprinkle with oregano and spread with olive oil. We bake in a well preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes.
