MINI TARTS WITH GOAT CHEESE MOUSSE
For the tart, we put all the ingredients in the mixer and we mix until they homogenize. We let the dough rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. We put the dough in the tart forms and we bake in a preheated oven in 170˚C for about 12 minutes. For the filling, we put the goat cheese in a bowl and we add salt and pepper (it depends on our preference), chopped basil and olive oil. We mix well and we fill the tart forms.
