VEGAN APPLE PIE WITH OATS AND TAHINI
We mix all the ingredients of the dough and we bake them in a pan at 180˚C for 8 minutes. We cut the apples into cubes and we fry them with the brown sugar and the cinnamon. Finally, we deglaze with mavrodafni. Then, we put the apples over the dough and we bake for another 12 minutes at 180˚C.
