Greek almond snow balls (Kourabiedes)
We grind the almonds well. We stir all the ingredients together until they are homogenized. We shape small half moons in the thickness of a finger. We bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until our kourabiedes get a little color. We let the kourabiedes cool down, we dump them in caster sugar and then we sprinkle them with the rest of the sugar.
