Directions
We boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water for 9 to 10 minutes and we drain it. We sauté the onion, garlic and mushrooms and we quench with wine. We put the oat drink, avocado, cheese and we mix. We pour the spaghetti, smoked salt, pepper, oregano and we cook until the sauce is ready. We spread with parsley and we serve.
