Sweet Bread with Cranberry and Tahini
In one utensil, we dissolve the yeast with the juice and half of the sugar and we leave aside for 20 minutes. In the mixer bin we pour the rest of the ingredients (except the cranberries) and we add the mixture to the yeast and we knead. At the end, we also add the cranberry. We place in a rectangular form with non-stick paper and we bake at 170 ° C for 1 hour.
