Traditional or wholemeal pizza

Directions
We stir all the ingredients together for the base until it becomes a soft and elastic dough. We let the dough covered to expand.
We press the dough to deflate and we knead for 5 minutes. We put it on an oiled baking dish, we cover it and we wait for it to rise. We garnish with the ingredients of our liking. We bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 35 minutes.
