Pancakes with Carob Honey
In a bowl, we mix flour, bacon, vanilla, sugar and salt. We add the oatmeal, while stirring continuously with the wire. If the mixture comes out too tight, we add a little bit more of the oat drink. We put a little bit of margarine in a non-stick pan and we put it in moderate to strong fire. Once the margarine melts, we drop about ¼ of the cup. from the porridge and we leave about 2 minutes each side. We place one pancake in the center of a plate, we spread 1 tsp. carob syrup and fruits, we repeat the process once more and we put another pancake on top, we spread with carob syrup and we serve.
